Run, Jump Throw!

Greetings to everyone, this afternoon our class went outside for something called Run, Jump, Throw. We learnt 4 skills, Its Opposite which means you have your left leg up and your right arm up. The next skill is High knees, another one is Eyes on the prize, not the other guys and the last one was Cheek to cheek which means You put one hand up to your cheek, and the other hand down to your other cheek(not on your face).
