We had a visitor come in a few weeks ago and told us how we can keep healthy. Having breakfast is good because it gives you energy for school and work. Also exercising daily is important, You could go out Running, Walking, Jumping and even cleaning the house. With food, you want water so it is good to have 8 glasses a day, But make sure go to the toilet before you sleep or else... Another important thing is 5+ a day, Having 5+ is very easy, You could have A fruit for Breakfast, a Tomato for Morning Tea, A salad for lunch, Another fruit for afternoon tea and something good for dinner. Also eating regularly, Make sure you eat for 3 times daily. You wouldn't wanna wait till dinner, You'll eat more than your suppose to and your body will store the fat because it won't know when you will eat again. You are suppose to eat you portion (Your palm).
