Place Value War!

So a few days ago we were playing a game called Place Value war.

The way you play is you need to get into peers and then you get some cards and then give it out, Once everyone has the same amount of cards you then flip it 2 cards each.
The cards you flip over is then said in place value, for example If I flip over a five and a six then I will say I have five tens and six ones. Who ever has the highest number then wins, but if someone gets the same card as someone else then war begins, They have to flip one more card from the deck and who ever gets the higher number then collects all of your cards.
Now that you now the rules, Maybe you can play it.
